You would think as it being a Hard Rock Hotel, the expectations would be set a little higher (but apparently it isn't). The parking garage elevator was very dirty and there was graffiti on the walls. You can tell from the cracks on the walls and the tub isn't put in well since it moves. Also the remodeled rooms are not done in very good taste. We were upset that the pool was closed and we were not given any warning when we checked in. There is not enough walk-way space when people are looking at all the memorabilia. I feel like the lobby is set up very badly. They apologized and when we came back the problem was fixed. You can tell the room clearly wasn't ready.We went downstairs to the main desk and told them. Once we went to our room to drop our luggage off, we were turned off when we noticed our bed wasn't fully made (missing comforter and sheet) as well as the pillows on the ground. We had arrived early and luckily our room was ready when we tried to check in early.
